My Journey
For the past 14 years, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people feel better through intentional bodywork. My journey began as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). During nursing school, one of my classmates was a massage therapist, and watching her knowledge of the body sparked my fascination with massage therapy. That experience led me to graduate from International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB), begin my career at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa, and open my private practice in 2015.
My Approach & Philosophy
I have a deep love for natural and integrative medicine, studying Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, aromatherapy, and frequency-based therapies. I envision a future where healthcare is truly collaborative—where medical doctors, naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, dentists, bodyworkers, nutritionists, and other wellness professionals gather around one table to discuss a client’s care together.
My Foundation
Above all, my faith guides everything I do. My relationship with Yeshua, Heavenly Father, and the Holy Spirit is the heart behind my practice. I strive to care for each client with compassion, integrity, excellence, and genuine love.
Life Outside the Studio
Outside the office, I’m a proud single mom and an animal lover. I enjoy walking by the ocean, practicing Pilates/weightlifting/calisthenics, singing, and expressing my creativity through various forms of art. I believe creativity, movement, and nature all play an important role in living a healthy, joyful life.
